Yugawara Autumn Leaves(End of Nov – Beg of Dec)

A hiking course where you can enjoy the autumn foliage of about 540 trees.
The leaves change color from mid-November to early December, later than in other areas.

Access : From JR Yugawara Station, take the bus bound for Okuyugawara and get off at Okuyugawara Iriguchi bus stop (about 15 minutes ride), about 40 minutes walk.

The best time to view the autumn leaves in Okuyugawara is from late November to early December.
This is a beautiful place to view the autumn leaves in the hot spring resort area, which is lined with quaint, well-established ryokans.
