Yugawara is famous for its delicious citrus fruits.
From early October to late December, you can enjoy picking mandarin oranges on a hill with a beautiful view overlooking the Sagami Bay. Please come and take a visit to taste the “delicious mandarins” grown on the slopes of the mountains of Yugawara.

| Access | ■Mandarin Orange Picking Information Center under the JR Tokaido Line railway bridge along the Chitose River (opens every day during the event period) By Car: Turn at the “Yugawara Onsen Iriguchi” traffic light on Route 135 and go straight along the road along the Chitose River, under the railway bridge of JR Tokaido Line. By Train: Shuttle Bus Pick-up service is available from Yugawara Station.Please call using the phone number mentioned below for shuttle bus service. ■Mandarin Orange Picking Information Center inside JR Yugawara Station rotary (opens only on weekends and public holidays during the event period) By Train: After exiting the ticket gate of JR Yugawara Station, on the right hand side there is a big signboard read “みかん狩り”. Please call using the phone number mentioned below for shuttle bus service. *Note: The farm will provide a shuttle service from the information center at the station to the farm. If you are driving, please stop at the “Information Center under the JR Tokaido Line railway bridge along the Chitose River” as private vehicles are not permitted to enter the farm. |
